We developed this blend of our best Colombian and the smooth Bali Blue Moon with the help of the writers’ room at Disney’s hit TV show T.O.T.S. These people have to produce 50 episodes a year and that takes LOTS of Coffee. The goal was to have the traditional flavor of the Colombian brown sugar and citrus blended with the Bali that balances the acidity and smooths the cup. Great for drip, pour over, French press, Aeropress, and even makes a fantastic espresso.
