CLEAN COFFEE IS IMPORTANT

It’s impossible to have a good cup of coffee if the beans are “dirty”. Chaff is the husk like skin left over when green coffee is roasted. Most chaff is drawn out of the roast during the roasting process, but some remains post cool down. This chaff is mixed in the coffee and goes in your bag when you get it from most roasting companies. The chaff is flavorless, and hurts the overall coffee flavor you experience. In short IT’S BAD!

This is how we solve the problem. We designed a coffee cleaner using a high flow fan in the inlet and an exhaust fan on the exit. After individualy roasting each 1 pound order we transfer it to the cleaner and tumble the coffee thru a cleaning matrix for 17 minuets. Yes, 17…why, will thats top secret after much testing. We are confident you will not see a cleaner more pure coffee than what you get from us. See below for the results of a test we did.
